1. No Returns

• Due to the nature of our products and services, we do not accept returns on any items, including clothing purchases and alteration services.
• All sales are final once the transaction is completed.

2. Exchange Policy

• We offer an exchange option for clothing items within 7 days of the original purchase date, provided the item is in its original condition with all tags attached and unused.
• To be eligible for an exchange, you must present the original receipt or proof of purchase.
• Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is not in stock, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative.

3. Conditions for Exchanges

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when purchased.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all tags and labels.
• We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item does not meet these conditions.

4. Alteration Services

• Due to the custom nature of our alteration services, all alterations are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
